no, no tele devices work in bounty hunter. Whether it's an ectophile, tele tab, ring of life, fairy ring, teleport crystal, or law runes. The only possible way to get away from your opponent in bounty hunt, is either run, go back through the cave, or use the Bounty Locate to teleport you to your target, and hopefully that target is far enough from the person attacking you, that you will get away from them.
