as for the rest, just fill in your address and etc.....

just use it as if if you were using a real creditcard

dude just fill out the information thats all i can tell you....
use your real information...and the card information should be on the card...
if you're having this big of a problem then i suggest you check the amount of cash left on the card.... it might not be activitated as well
