where would you say is the best place to train my str up lots?

I would say yaks(if you've done fremmy isles) or the magic axe shop in like lvl 56 wild or so, near the mage training arena

Why not green dragons? At their level 79, you'd only need like trout for fuel. They can be crowded. Blue dragons, too, but they, too, are popular and you'll need better snacks. There's always lessers.

Like Sethdad says, I pick something that doesn't require lots of food - just snacks. For me, lessers and giants. Lessers and mossies give stackable drops (fires and seeds respectively), so I can stay there for a nice, long time. Next consideration is that the lessers in Karamja's volcano are nicely near a bank.
