high alching, plz help!!!

hey im f2p and wondering whats something that good to high alch?? i've been going through heaps of items and none of them are very good, either taking too long to produce or being a massive money waster

well since ur f2p i would recomending making or buying steel platers but even then you will lose money. not really anything good to alch in f2p srry =/

Steel pl8body has been good for me, but I should ask what your skills are. Whatever you can make from scratch is so much more lucrative than what you need to buy first, then hi-alch. Or else, what's your combat level, so we could recommend what has good drops to hi-alch without using a lot of food or pots.

You could alch rune med helms :p steel legs would be in my idea the best, because the bars are easy to get and it only takes 3 bars to make :D Alchs for like 400gp

butt there's also steel 2h's that go for 3 bars and alch for 600gp :]
i don't really care for profit, so this is what i did

i just bought a bunch steel 2h's for 600gp each, or you can buy for 650 if you don't care about losing a bit, and just alch them
i bout 1k of them and didn't lose any money to get to 60 :laugh:
