Uhhhh...go to aubury at varrocks rune shop i think he teleports you to a place where you can mine it. The shop is behind the bank close he the wild.

Or get yr slayer level up some and kill banshees in the slayer tower northwest of Canifis after you do preist in peril quest (don't forget your earmuffs). Besides easy to kill for combat xpts, they drop like 16 noted (!) pure ess about half the time as well as herbs and fish bait.
