well.. if u used to be a mem, then stoped being a mem, but alreday had the quest cape and no new quests came out, u can still wear it.


I'm not 100% sure on this though...

Runescape_Dragon123, you are correct, and yes unfortantly it's for members only...If you get 99 str, and quit members, you are still able to wear it, and do skill emote, but if you take it off, that's it, you can't put it on no more....

It's sad...I know...

yes, if you go into f2p with a skillcape it is called a members object. You cant take it off and put it back on it wont let you, if you have it on you can still do the emote though:)
