This is in the wrong section. Just take your recoveries if you have them, or use Runescapes other recovery features.

I don't understand it too, how can you forget your password, and how can it say you're logged on?

Someone else is prolly playing with your account, just you recovery questions to get your account back.
Or emm i don't know dude, good luck, hope it wasn't a very good account, and you didnt lose much :)
