i dotn have a picture of this weapon but i was in the ardougne bank and there was a lvl 88 wiht this thing that looked lie ka rocket launcher it was liek brownish and he carried it on his shoulder. what is this ive never seen it before

I looked through every single quest but I did not find it. It is a members item, i know that for sure. I know the name i just cant think of it. If i ever remember it i will tell you it and then you could buy one, if you want.

bloated toad luncher quest item need 60 ranged and done really long and kinda hard quests

Ya I did the quest and have one in my bank(never use it though). You have to use dye on toads during the quest and then you can shoot the toads. It does look cool (like a shoulder fired rocket launcher), but it doesn't really have a good use other than during the quest.
