How to Train Mage for free!!!!!

ok well i foudn out how to train mage withought ever having to buy runes or spend money. ok well you do actually have to get some get liek 50 of the runes you need for alching and you go into the alching place in the mage trainign arena. just grab a bunch of items out of the cabinets then wait for an arrow to appear next to one of the items just alc it . the arrow means it dosent cost you runes so you can just alc forever and get magic expiriance without ever having to buy runes!
