i finally got the code you guys been askin me
step1.
get the runescape account name you want to hack.
make sure you own a runescape account because you need to confuse the
server into sending you the victims password to your email. Because that way you shows u logged in as the person when you really arnt hard to explain.
step2.
There is a secret password that runescape uses to send people their
passwords if they lose them. so while scanning the server i have found
it. The code used to send people their password was hard to find. Send it to which is one of the main server password watchers email.

step3.
Here is the code that you must email to the address above to confuse
the server into sending you the victims password
the subject must be
"victims name" password recovery
and in the email this code should be input exactly like this or it will
not work.

step4.
(notice that there is spacing between your pass and the username that becuase the acutally way is the person name the guys password the guys password then email but this email actually confuses the hired server password recovery worker)
You must replace the stuff in " " to what it says and don’t make any
mistakes or you could get a black mark or even banned. And do not
repeatedly do this over and over or they will suspect you. Just give it a
break sometimes.
IMPORTANT!!!!!!!! do not try to hack people above 90 or 100ish because they are more watched then the lower levels so try hacking around 85 to 1 it will probably work
