go 2 world 16. then go to falador, which should be flooded with players. get 25 rune essense and an air tally. go into the rune crafting altar and trade any1 who says something like...

"open 2k ess back"

or maybe

"open essense back"

give them your unnoted essense and they give you 25 noted essense along with 2k! what a deal!
