2007 Halloween Rares?

Is there going to be any rares given away or dropped this halloween, like Halloween Masks or Party Hats or something?

Jagex always has a Halloween item and activity. Whether that item eventually turn into a tradeable rare is usually not revealed until YEARS after the event.

Theres gunna be a halloween event. And Jagex has decides that NO more rare items will be tradable. Santas, Old Haloween masks, and P hats can still be traded along with other old rares, but no new ones will be. And they made a limit of one per player. =[

I recall hearing something about the grim reaper too, but don't remember. Jagex had some kind of poll a while back about it I think.
