Unfortunately the boots of lightness aren't tradable. But you can get them in the basement of The Temple of Ikov as long as you have a candle and a weapon.

Unfortunately the boots of lightness aren't tradable. But you can get them in the basement of The Temple of Ikov as long as you have a candle and a weapon.
Make sure it's a slashing weapon. And if you are using a candle (or anything else with an open flame) bring a tinderbox.
