where r the rune running places and how much do they pay

Air rune running is on world 16. Look for somebody saying "open 2k+ ess" or something like that. You only need an air talisman or air tiara and 25 ess. The air altar is just south of Falador.

Law running is only world 66 and 99

66 - you get laws , ess for your un noted ess that is
99 - laws only for your ess , you do on tget it back.

- Enter altar with Air Talisman/Air Tiara
- Trade crafter
- Give them Rune Essence
- Receive 1-2kgp and your Rune Essence noted

Law Running (P2P) - Worlds 66, 99
World 66 - Take boat at Port Sarim to Entrana, bring Pure Essence (CANNOT bring any weapons)
- Go to north-east part of the island, trade a crafter (Zamorak Robes)
- Receive law runes and your Pure Essence noted
World 99
- Take boat at Port Sarim to Entrana, bring Pure Essence (CANNOT bring any weapons)
- Go to north-east part of the island, trade a crafter (Zamorak Robes)
- Receive law runes (NO PURE ESSENCE BACK)

Nature Running (P2P) - World 36
- Go to Karamja/Brimhaven, bring Pure Essence
- Go to the altar, north of Shilo Village
- Enter using Nature Talisman/Tiara
- Stand in line, trade crafter
- Receive twice the Pure Essence you gave in Nature Runes (NO PURE ESSENCE BACK)
