where's the place to train str lvl ad a lvl 56 w/ str lvl of 51?
what is the best item to merchant-i have about 300k?

as for the training i cant help you, merchanting, try either coal (worked great), buy 160 ea at small worlds and sell 180-200 ea at bigger ones; or lobs (not to great); or yews (takes too long)

so... id go with coal

A good way to make money is to buy 1k coal and 500 iron, then smelt them into Steel Bars and sell them at the forums for no less than 600gp each.

For the training...Try Hill Giants (Edgeville Dungeon), Ice Giants (Dungeon at Mudskipper Point, where you get Blurite), or Moss Giants (Varrock Sewers).
