Where to get Runes

I was thinking about making a new character and raising mage...and a question came up.

Where are the good places to get runes? Specific, general, doesn't matter...As long as it works well!
Currently, I'm doing different things for each type of rune, which I'll list. For example, if I just want runes in general I'll go to the Dark Wizards at Varrock and raise some Strength as well. Or I'll air run for air runes.
So here, I'm asking your opinion/help.

Where is the best place to get:

Air: ( Current - Air Running )
Fire: ( Current - Crafting Myself, Lvl. 2 SOS )
Body:
Law: ( Current - Law Running )
Nature: ( Current - Nature Running )
Water:
Earth:
Chaos:
Mind:

I'd just craft them all, except for the cheaper ones...?..Good luck with getting all the runes you need though.

Well freind id say to craft mind, Earth, water, fire, Chaos,you need to Choas run...also get like 100k then buy death runes for cheep at Varrock shop, then sell them for like 250 or 300ea and buy keep on doing until satisfatction, then you can buy all the runes you want from stores, or from other players!

honestly, best way is to just buy them. because of the amoutns you need all other methods are ridiclous if you just want to get them fast. Check out the guides page for ways to make money if you need :P

I get loads of fire runes in the Stronghold, from killing those big crawler creatures on the second level. Almost every other one gives you 30 fire runes.

Go see Ali Morrisane in Al Kharid. I think you might have to do the Feud quest first, I can't remember, but then you can do the Rogue Trading mini-game with him. Check it out in the knowledge base. It involves a couple of tasks and a puzzle, but after that he will sell you nature runes and law runes, as well as less common ones like soul runes. I believe he's the only "store" that sells laws, for about 330 gold or so.
