Billing troubles

I sent something to jagex about this but I wanted to ask you guys about this since jagex is mostly just automated messages.


I was hacked about 7 months ago and just got my account back today, I tried logging in and it said my account has been disabled. So I went and read ne messages I had. Jagex said I owed 75 days of unpaid membership and something about the pay by phone. I never paid by phone and always used credit card, and I had canceled my membership a few weeks before being hacked. Anyway what can I do to start playing again since it won't let me sign up to become a member again?

Start a new account..Yeah it's hard, but you might be able to make THAT one member..=P...I doubt it, but yeah you probably have to start a new account...

So theres no way to get back my old account?

Well yeah it's not easy though, you'll have to go to the link that says "Recover a locked account" and answer the questions...

NO! You can pay by Credit Card, It's there smewhere, Just don't give up! Im sure you can pay them back!

Lee....Sometimes you scare me... but yeah if you really want your account back try it...I wish you luck getting your account back, but if not I wish you the best of luck making a new one =)

First ask yourself if the account is worthpaying the money for, if so then you can pay it back with credit card i think.

Yes my account is worth paying money for I put in over 2 years into that account, and it says I have to pay by cash which if it comes down to it I'm not going to send that much money through the mail. The only way I'm going to come back to runescape is if I can get my account back and they take off the hackers debts or they allow me to pay it back through a credit card. If they don't then I'm just gonna stop playing all together.

Well you know I've been playing for about 2 years on and off but I have alot of time invested into that account and I don't want to just start over and lose all that.
