I think he means...how to make one? If so then folow this...

Mine gold ore, and then smelt it into gold bars, after that take necklace or ring (etc.) mould (which you can buy in Rimmington, or Al-kharid or something) and click on the mould, and then onto the smelter...Then you can make your gold rings etc., and if you want to add sapphires, or emerlads to them, just bring cut emerlads or sapphires with you in your inventory..
