erm, id say tell a jagex staff member, they might be able to do something about it.

First of all. This is what you should do. Go Here (http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?article_id=2499) Read IT ALL and then follow the instructions.

First off, did you do anything against the rules? Macroing, offensive language, scamming, stuff like that...

If you did, you have no reason to request it back as it was rightfully banned.

If you didn't, request an appeal to Jagex telling them what happened/didn't happen.
