Ive heard of these so called "glitch levels" aswell. I really dont believe that they do exist. People have told me all sorts of things--One person might tell me that 71 is glitched, while another tells me that 83 is gliched, and another says 55 etc. I believe that a person just got lucky with that level, coincidentally, and assumed that the level was glitched.

^ Yep I agree with Danago, I highly doubt there is any level glitches, and if there had been I feel sure Jagex would have caught them by now and corrected the glitch.
