ummmm i dont know if this is a scam or you really think this would work but i can tell you this: even if it's not a scam, ppl will scam you. and how do you provide an apartment if there is no such thin in runescape? You would need billions of gp to make this work and it would loose money like crazy cause unless you provide 50gp when some1 dies after they pay you 100 gp you would loose mega money...

of course, its probably just another scam...
