training attack(atk) and strength(str)

I need to know what is the best way to train my atk and str lvls. My atk is 44 and str is 44. im not a member. and what is the best weapon to use to train these stats and what monsters i should train on.:huh:

train on hill giants. Thats what I do.

Well if your defence isnt that high you could go kill some Minotaurs in the Security Stronghold. You'll still need food there too if you dont got better than mith or so. My friend trained at minotaurs to 70 str and made lots of money off the iron arrows he picked up.

u could also try de 2 floor in stronghold it has zombie's and flesh crawlers and yes even de giant rats

when i was at your level,
i killed minatours
only level 27
dont hit too high
and very many of them
if u take an invent of swordies
they will last you ages
considering you wear rune
hope i help

and oh...use a rune scimm...hits fairly high and is quite fast =)
