What do you do with arrow shafts to make them arrows? I know you need feathers. What else do I need to do/get?

Fletch regular wood into arrow shafts then use the arrow shafts with feathers

now you have arrowshafts with feathers on them...well now use bronze,iron,steel,mith,addy,rune arrow heads with them and boom you have arrows.
