The strongest monster on runescape with no doubt is the mighty TzTokJad (lvl 702 ):satan:He is found in tzhaar which is underneath a place on runescape called karamja.
If you kill him a man frm tzhaar will give u 10,000 christmas crackers it think or somethin like tht.

Then its the kalphite queen (lvl 333):zip:She is located underneath the desert of alkharid in shantay pass

Then its chaos elemental (lvl 305)
Then its the dagannoth kings(lvl 303) found in water birth island
