what levels should i get up?

i am combat 67 f2p but im probably becoming p2p in a month or so. so im wondering what levels i should get to before i become member?
my lvls are:

hp:54
att:52
str:60
def:50
range:25 (noob!)
prayer:38
mage:42
runecraft:8
craft:30
mining:30
smith:32
fishing:62
cooking:60
firemaking:48
wcing:43

now i understand that most of my skills are noob so i only want posotive criticism like people telling what levels i should get, and it would help if u said why i should get them up for example "you should get up skill X because then you can do Quest Y" and stuff like that. any help would be greatly apreciated.

yeah get ur Attack 60 for Dragon Weapons and Then Get your RAnge up...get around 35-40 then we mem get it 60 :)
