What is a rune hasta?

I have and i dont know how to use it.....i bought one and i dont know how to wield it. it says u need to have learned barbarian hasta skills where can i learn them.

Basicly, you have to go to an area north of the Baxtorian Falls and talk to Otto Godblessed.
A Hasta has the same stats as a spear, but you can wield it in one hand. ;)
