yes, until level 20 wildy, that is. if you are a memebr and you get telebocked, though, thats a differant story.

yes. and in special situtations like in castlewars. except those, you can teleport.

You can't tele after lvl 20 wildy, unless you got Glory-Amulet then I think you can tele to 30. If someone cast Teleblock on you, you can't tele at all.

Ok, I didn't know you can use glory @ 30, that's useful info. Can you also use a dueling ring or games necklace @ 30 wild?

Basically what kubedawg said and remember allways bring teles at low level wildy btw ring of life tele's you when you drop below 10% of hp even in extreme wildy
