Weapon Store Keys?

How are they used and what are they used for? Where's this secret spot everyone's talking about?

How much does it cost? Is it F2P?

It said Weapon Store key in this a trade screen I had with this dude. I was wondering... (Read my first post). :p

It is worthless for anybody above lvl 20 combat. It is f2p and used in the Shield of Arrav quest to get some phoenix crossbows in there. There is no need to buy a key.
The weapons room is located just south-west of varrock mage shop. There is a locked door there with a ladder going up inside. Just a few lower level things there, none of which would sell for over 20gp.

its for the phoenix gang you have 2 kill the person south of the mage shop in varrock east north of the bank, it lets u get the crossbow's for shield of arrav

Oh... Lol, glad I didn't get scammed. :-p I was uber close to trading 100 laws and 10k for a Weapon Store Key. Thanks for the help guys.

anyways, all you get from there is a crazy guy and a stupid phenix crossbow which is useless.
