ok. What i can tell you is there is NO SUCH THING as a black phat. Im not 100% sure if they used to, but im fairly sure they never existed.

The reason Purple is the ceapest is because a long time ago 2 players somehow duplicated tons of christmas crackers( pull it with someone, 1 person gets party hat another ususlly gets some rune/addy armor or weapons) and then pulled all of them with random players. Most of the hats that came out of the dupe were purple thats why purple is the cheapest.
