What does muddy key open, and is it only for members?

I think it opens this chest in wildy but i really dont know.

A muddy key opens the chest in the center of the lava maze to give you a reward of 2 law runes, 50gp, 1 uncut ruby, 1 mithril dagger, 1 anchovy pizza and 1 mithril bar. (Zybez)
