Um, no offence, but people give out full iron kits by the hundreds. It is very easy to train enough smithing to be able to make full irons, and of the only ones who need it, melee pures and noobs, noobs wont afford your price and most pures can hve their main smith if for them.

Steel plate is essentialy the first item you can smith that others will buy, i buy them 1000 each, any amount if you message and find me. :)
