The best way is probably selling chaos and death runes for tokkul at the rune stores there.

If you have a high combat level like glory devil, fight pits are a good choice since you don't have to pay or anything.

Fight caves is also good since you can leave auto-retaliate on and earn a decent amount of tokkul without any effort (longest method).

you could try fight pits without any food, or noobish food, or lobbies u fished a karamja. Just suicide train. It gets u stats up fast, and u get alot of tokkul.

P.S. In the fight pits, i said SUICIDE TRAIN! Dont care if u die, u still get tokkul.

P.S.S. Is fight pits the one with only monsters? anyway, meant the fight thingymajiggy that has onli monsters
