Staking help!

I want to stake properly and use charge+Sara Strike, but I'm not sure if i should get 70 def for Ahrim's robes, or stay at 45 def for seer's helm + Full Mystic.

Any advice?

For staking, you use either zammy flames or blood spells.

Also, most stakers dont wear armour. So, either stay 1 def and get high magic and hp, or get like 70 def for ahrims.

I rarely see mage stakers with armour though.

I think you should keep your defence down because mostly when people stake, they don't use armour. Also, blood spells heal you, and zammy flames lowers their magic, so use one of those types of spells.
