Oh sry when ur lvl 10 train on goblins, lvl 30 train on barbarians lvl 50 to 75 train especially on minotaurs. I went from 53 str to 83 str now by this method by training on minotaurs. In higher lvls train on lessers

At lvl 80 you can go train on akatsu (excuse me if I am wrong) they are on the final floor of the saftey dungeon. At the top you can get fish.

you were asking about quests - I don't know how helpful this answer will be, but any quest you do right now is going to help you. do any and all that are within your skill level. check out the quest info in the knowledge base - they have a listing, I think it goes, "beginner", "intermediate", "experienced", something like that. Do ALL of the beginner ones. They'll give all of your stats a boost, plus help you learn your way around the map, and show you what skills might end up being your favourites.
Once you've got a bunch of quests out of the way, then concentrate on individual skills; maybe even set a goal to reach. You'll get ahead in several areas, and still have fun.

ok i would consider getting 40 attack 50 strength for a pure starter.Or you could always have the option of getting 60 woodcutting 60 firemaking 60 runecrafting 60 crafting 60 mining 60 smithing and being a skiller and buy lots of stuff like santas.

Hmmmm - it's hard to pick among the quests, but helping the Lumby Cook will serve you well in later quests. The priest in Lumby's chapel has a quest to give you a ghostspeak ammy you'll use later, too, but BY FAR you'll want to speak to Duke Horacio in Lumby to get the runecrafting quest to start RCing. Pardon me that I don't remember the exact names of those quests - old age. For mining, Doric has a very good quest cunningly named "Doric's Quest" and he's just north of Falador. Since you posted the thread do you have mems yet?

Well first of all i suggest that you become a member ... it's only 5 dollars and there is so much more to do and training skills is MUCH easier. If you become a member I suggest that you do the Feud to raise your thieving. I cantreally remmember but you get like 15000 thieving exp for an easy quest !
