Problems logging in!

Hey, this is Dot. For some reason I can't log in and haven;t been able to for the past few days. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can notify Unseen since I can't seem to get a hold of him. Thanks a lot,

Please check your cookies. Unless you have been IP banned (in which case it will say you have) it's not a problem as far as RSB is concerned.

On Firefox:
Click Tools > Options
Click the "Privacy" option at the top.
Click the "Cookies" tab.
Make sure "Allow sites to set cookies" is set ;)

If it is set make sure RSB isn't in the Exceptions list.
If it isn't set and you want it to stay - add rsboards.com & rshaven.com to the exception list ;)

ON Microsoft Exploer:
Click Tools > Internet Options
Click on the 'Privacy' tab.
Click on the 'Sites...' button..
Type in rsboards.com and then click allow.
Type in rshaven.com and then click allow.

:) I'm not sure which domain is used for the cookies to be set, could be either.

Third Party software can also block cookies.

I've ASSUMED it's a problem with cookies because you didn't say much more :P If you can specify any error message you may be getting, or tell me exactly what happens I might be able to help more :o

yes, it is probably ur cookies, have u changed any settings or downloaded any spyware protection programs?
they sometimes alter ur cookie settings and stuff. :?

Yea, I did what you saidans still the problem continues. Everytime I try to log in it redirects me to the index, but im not logged in still. I have Norton on too..

yea, me and my sis couldnt log in fer lke 3 days... we just waited it out fer likr 5 days then we could get back on :D
