you can make good money using farming/herblore. I have made a few mill in 3 days just planting some herbs, do other things as they grow and then make potions that sell.

Merchant santa's. Buy for 20mill and sell for 25+mill. Made 305mill by doing it.

Buy 500 of each herb/second ingredient, make the pots, then sell for more. It's as simple as that. EG, you can buy ranarr weeds generally 6.5-7k each, and sell even 3 dose prayer pots for 8-10k each depending. 500X6.5k=3.25mil spent;

500X1500=750k profit to 500X3500=1.75m profit minus the 500gp per snapegrass and 100gp for water filled vials, your still making anywhere from 450-1450k depending on how much you sell each potion for.

On the other hand, you could simply buy ranarr seeds, and farm a few of em, while buying em for 20k each, and sell for 25k each. if you buy 500 of them 20k ea, and sell 25k each, you get: 2.5mil profit, plus the ranarrs you planted probably made at least 5 ranarrs with super compost, so ranarrs made into p pots = 7.6-9.6k(incl removing the vials/snapgrass loss) 38,000gp to 48,000gp per patch of ranarr weeds you make. So, you had spend 20k on it, and practically double your profit at least, if you farm. With supercompost, you can get up to 14 herbs I think, with 1 seed.

Staking is the only way you can earn 1b, unless you play like 5 hours a day and merchant party hats. You can make 1b a day at arena, but you can also lose a bill....

staking is a very dangerous way.

i would reconmend doing lots of research. hang out at the duel arena and watch stakers fight. look up there stats and what not.

make lots of notes and then find and test a way to counter them.
