Potatoes?

This is a pretty nooby question, but I'm a pretty nooby guy...

I wanna make some stews (I have 150+ bowls I made for crafting that need filling.), but I'm a f2p user, and I could of sworn that potatoes were member items, yet it says non-members can make stew. So, where to I get potatoes on a f2p world?
