Of These Skills, Which Is The Best/Fastest For Making Money?
Using This Skill, How Can I Make The Money?

mine clay and sell to members for 100-130gp ea its really slow but you can jus hire people and dont tell them what you're doing and pay them 20ea per clay lol its that easy

get wc to 60 and cut yews and sell for 300 ea or flech into longbows and sell 550-600ea

depends what u like to do.

if u like to mine or if u like to cut logs.

i would personaly say cut yews.

u can sit infront of one and be on the forums at the same time.. unlike mining.

Skills:
Mine iron ore (SW or SE of Varrock) and/or coal (Miner's Guild) and smelt into steel bars.
Mine silver ore (SW of Varrock or S of Al-Kharid) and smelt into bars
Mine gold ore (S of Al-Kharid or Crafting Guild if your crafting is high), don't smelt
While mining S of Al-Kharid you can pick-up some Mithral too.

Non-Skill (or low skill):
Air running (World 16)
Cow Hides
Ess mining
Soft clay

Raise your RC and make money from that, it makes more than other skills.

You should get about 100gp each for cow hides.
