What powers do they have?

They can mute people, but what else?

They can only mute people. They can report people to Jagex but not ban.

What can J-mods do? I knew P mods could do that stuff...but what makes J mods special?

J Mods are actual employees of Jagex, so they get paid. They can change their stats, ban people, and all that other good stuff.

Also can walk through walls and do everything that you can't.

Player mods pretty much do what Glory Devil said, along with their reports given higher priority.

You can mute people for 48 hours, suggest people for player Mods, look cool with a hawt crown, and will always appear on the chat box no matter whether its off or not.
