Skull Sceptor - in Stronghold of Security

Skull - right half (Minotaurs in lvl1)
Sceptor - Bottom (Flesh Crawlers in lvl2)
Sceptor - Top (Catablepons in lvl3)
Skull - left half (Ankou in lvl4)

Combine into skull sceptor that teleports you to opening of stronghold

The Barb Villiage is close to Edgeville and it's F2P. It is a pain to get, but nice to have.

I think the scepter is best use for when you are mining coal and need a fast method

As I stated above, when you combine the 4 pieces, the skull sceptor is created. I believe it has 5 charges that teleport you to Barbarian Village right by the opening to the Stronghold of Security. After 5 charges, it is gone. You can only have 1 completed sceptor at a time in your bank.

It's value is getting you to an area perhaps close to Edgeville - however, its intent is something to gather within the Stronghold while you are fighting in there to provide a quick way to get to the Stronghold entrance.

I had one and I used it to teleport out of the wild (I dont mage) so its useful for that too.
