Should Dragon be allowed back in?

Due to Ch00bs saying I need to include you guys more on my choices regarding the clan, i've decided to leave this issue up to you, the members.

After all, your the ones that have to put up with him.

Anyway, Im tired of saying "No" every 5 mins. hopefully after the clan says no, he'll finally go away.

3. He called the name of the clan gay.
4. He said "screw you RSB" and came back.

6. Registers in my forums and his first post is "dragon is here, time to appoint early mod"
7. Pickpocketed me in DP.
8. Wasn't faithful.
9. Rebelious and doesn't deserve second chance.
10. You are leader and it's up to you to decide and say NO, i'll help.
11. Nobody in the clan,(most of rsb) dislikes him.
12. He is imature.
13. He is level 61 so he doesn't meet the new requirements. (I don't eitehr, I have a bit more to go)
