Lockpick respawn

Someone told me there was a lockpick respawn by Yanille somewhere. Does anyone know where it is?

The lockpick spawns in the Agility Dungeon by the pile of rubble just pass the level 13 Chaos druids.

You can also pickpocket Rogues at 35 thieving.

Yes, you can trade them. I've seen people buying/selling for 1-4K each.

I found a good place to get lockpicks it in Burthorpe(Rogues Den, under bar), not a respawn but you can buy 25 lockpicks at a time cheap as long as agility is 50+. Good place to buy a bunch and then resell for a good profit. I bought a bunch and then stood in Al Kahrid bank selling them for 1k ea, made 64kgp in a few minutes
