hi i need some help with running rune ess all i need to know is witch worlds to run in like i know world 16 is for running rune ess for air but i need to know the world for running fire,water,body,earth,and mind

Just seach "Rune ess running" and whatever rune you are running for, im sure you'll find some results.

each world does not matter , a world is only a server with the game on it , it is an actual feature of the game that changes the rune types, go to the air temple near falador to make airs , the fire is in al karid and im not sure the rest
