training agility and herblore

Need to raise my agility and herblore levels for quest
Whats the best way for each... currently 44 agility and 42 herblore

For agility it would be Brimhaven until lvl 52. Then switch to wilderness course (with Agility pot). When doing Brimhaven, collect 100 tickets before you exchange them - you'll get more exp.

For Herblore I would recommend Serum 207. Buy a lot of Tarrommins (should not be expensive, let's say 500ea) and make Serum 207. Second ingredient is ash, so no problem with it.

Hey Vrunewise is that soda ash like you use for glass, or regular ashes from fires

do you need a quest to do Serum 207? When I try - it says that "you are not sure what it will make" or something like that.

Yeah, I think, you need to start Shades of Mort'ton quest.
