i have a question for skill capes... can u sell them? and if u can how much r they worth?

Skill capes are untradable. You can only get them from their respective skill Masters(NPCs like Duke Horatio) at a cost of around a few thousand gp.

Skill capes are so common these days... it kindda depends on what skill.
I, for one, have attack, str, def, hp skill capes and almost a fishing skill cape.
The most impressive ones are like Summoning/slayer/con.
And yes, fletching skill capes are CHOOBY!
