I'd say woodcutting. Next would be mining. Then fishing.

Also there are ways to raise money without skilling:
-- get and sell cow hides (100ea)
-- do air rune running job in world 16 (you get 2K per run)

id say fishing but then again im a member and i have catherby but yes fishing so when you can fish lobs you can sell for 250 each by the 100s and get 25k for every 100 you sell

fishing -- its fast and easy to grow levels (until you get to tuna but even that is ok fast) when u get to 40 fish lobs and sell them raw look on the official rs forums for buyers (some ppl buy for 250 ea)

mining is a great way depending on your mining level if not a high mining level then go for fishing

Fishing*, **Fly Fishing**, quick Lv.'ing, although in your case, Mining/Wc'ing, Yews + Coal Ores are very good profiters :D.
