yeah - goto RunehQ and look it up in items database

Basically go to Canifis. Then cross the bridge on north-east side of the village and enter the Haunted forest going south-east. Hollow trees are quite close, so you don't have to go too far into the forest. Chop these trees to get bark.
Beware of leeches - they'll probably attack you (they are quite annoying as they lower your stats).
