where is the best place to train im a lvl 45 member and i really want to get my lvl up plzz help me!!!

if you do a google search for Runescape Combat Training Guide youll come up with lots of results
or you can go to the site http://www.runescapeaddicts.com/ and there is a little pop up where you enter your name and email and they email you the combat guide in 5 day portions (i have done this and it is spam free)

im lvel 48 and i train on moss giants in the sewers they give good xp and good drops but they are in a multi zone so you wont be the only one killing them if you want il go with you sometime be sure and bring food if your nervous because they are lvl 48

if:
- your going for good drops, i'd say visit moss giants indeed
- your going for mass exp, i think pirates will do. Well... I used to train on them on that level :), got some nice runes too, and the fishy spot is around the corner ^^.

I liked the moss and hill giants at that level, good drops plus you get big bones to bury for prayer xp

great way to raise combat and get money

train on rock crabs. they have high hp meaning more xp and they are only lvl 13 i think. they drop lvl 1 clues too if im not mistaken

^^^yep they low lvl (200xp each kill)
or you can do frankenstein quest (in canifis) or how eva u spell it
then kill experiments 400xp ea kill
