what is best way to level runecraft at lvl 22?

At that lvl, I went to World 16. There are alot of Air runners by the air alter outside Fally. You will need to get into the alter. That is where Runecrafters set up. There are 2 types of air runners for you there: Those that will give you essance and want you to give them back the airs and an equal amount of noted essance, and those who will give you the essance and expect you to give them back noted essance and 2K in gold (you get to keep air runes and sell later).

Paying the 2K will cost you some money, but that is a quick way to get xp up.

I did this up until I got to lvl 44 and switched to Nats.

one addition. If you are a member and don't want to spend so much money on air runecrafting, switch to fire rune crafting when you can. Use dualing rings to teleport to/from the altar. Not as fast as in world 16, but pretty fast too and much less expensive.
