They don't. The reason for this is for real life scamming. Jagex doesn't want to deal with it, and they don't need their players giving out credit card numbers in the game.

This is the main reason, another reason is for players privcey with creditcards, pernaol info and much more. I don't think the game would be that much fun if this was aloud. -.-

The reason those advertisements are there is that for chros to have this site advertised on google chris had to alow google to put the ads there and on top of that when ever anyone clicks on them chris gets money to help support his site... there you go all those posts and I finished it up in one
